On December 20th, Prince of Peace Word Fellowship Church performed a Christmas play during our Christmas Celebration program entitled A Great King is Born. The program was a great success with excitement and anticipation from beginning until the actual finale of this colorful play. The youth really did a wonderful performance and enjoyed themselves.Those attending raved about enjoying the play and props as well. Even our adult wisemen added some pizzazz to the play. They arrived on the scene led by our shining star with her lights blinking on the front and rear of her shining star costume. The stable was hand built and made of actual tree branches from Mr. Willie's backyard. He was cleaning the forest and being conservative. The scene also had handcrafted scenery like the sheep, camel, and donkey props. The program concluded with Pastor Hicks re-emphazing the importance of the events that were portrayed in the play.
